描述： The SCT2361 isa high efficiency synchronous stepdown DC-DCconverter integrated with a 3.3V, 150mA  LDO. With thewide 4V-28V input voltage range and  adjustableoutput voltage down to 0.6V, the SCT2361 suppliescontinuous 6A output current. The device fully integrateshigh-side and low-side power MOSFETs with  36mΩ/16mΩon-resistance to minimize the conduction  loss. TheSupply of integrated 3.3V output LDO has  pathmanagement between Vin and DC-DC converter outputto achieve the lower power loss and better thermalperformance. TheSCT2361 adopts a Constant On-Time (COT) control toprovide fast transient response and easy loop stabilization.The device offers fixed 1ms soft start to  preventinrush current during the startup of output voltageramping.  TheSCT2361 has the MODE pin to select Pulse  Fre (PFM) operation mode to  achievethe light load power save, or Ultrasonic Mode (USM) tokeep the switching frequency above audible fre during light-load or no-load conditions, or the PWMmode to achieve the small output ripple. Fullprotection includes over current protection,undervoltageprotection, and thermal shutdown. The converterrequires a minimum number of external  components andis available in a QFN- 12 (3mmx3mm)  package.
