General DescriptionThe LCX16244 contains sixteen non-invertingbuffers with 3-STATE outputs designed to be employed as a memoryand address driver, clock driver, or bus orientedtransmitter/receiver.  The device is nibble controlled. Each nibble has separate 3-STATE control inputs which can beshorted together for full 16-bit operation. The LCX16244 isdesigned for low voltage (2.5 or 3.3V) Vcc applications withcapability of interfacing to a 5V signal environment. The LCX16244is fabricated with an advanced CMOS technology to achieve highspeed operation while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation.

General DescriptionThe LCX16245 contains sixteen non-invertingbidirectional uffers with3-STATEoutputsand is intended forbusoriented applications. The device is designed for low voltage(2.5Vor 3.3V) Vcc applications with capability of interfacing to a 5Vsignal environment. The device is byte controlled. Each byte hasseparate control inputs which could be shorted together for full16-bit operation. The T/R inputs determine the direction of dataflow through the device. The OE inputs disable both the A and Bports by placing them in a high impedance state.The LCX16245 isfabricated with an advanced CMOS technology to achieve high speedoperation while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation.
